Service Agreement

Vertex provides water damage restoration, water mitigation, mold remediation, and burst pipe repair services. By engaging our services, the Customer authorises Vertex to perform necessary work as estimated, grants access to affected areas and agrees to pay for services upon completion unless otherwise arranged. Vertex warrants its workmanship for a specified period and maintains customer confidentiality. Either party may terminate the agreement under specified conditions. This agreement is governed by Florida law and constitutes the entire understanding between parties regarding the services provided.

• Informing technicians of any pre-existing property conditions

Our technicians adhere to strict safety protocols. Customers must follow any safety instructions our team gives during the service process. Children and pets should be kept away from work areas.

Use of Customer Feedback

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Vertex reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
